CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 and Wednesday, January 1, 2025 in observance of New Years. Group Life Insurance:
CPS Energy provides employees with a Group Life Insurance benefit at twice their annual base salary. Full-time employees are automatically enrolled at time of hire, even if other benefits are waived.
Dependent Life:
Voluntary Group Dependent Life coverage can be purchased for your spouse and eligible children up to age 26 for a fixed rate of $3.20 per month.
Supplemental Voluntary Life:
Supplemental Voluntary Life Insurance is available at group discounted rates. If you are actively at work at least 40 hours per week, you may apply for the following coverage:
