We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our payment vendor, Western Union. On June 26, Western Union implemented a system update, which resulted in their outlets accepting cash only and no longer accepting checks as a form of payment. Additionally, customers are required to provide personal identifying information, such as name and address, for their initial payment.
For those customers who typically use Western Union for payments, please note that cash will be the only accepted form of payment starting June 26, 2024. To accommodate customers who prefer paying by check, we encourage you to use the following payment options:
- Register and use Manage My Account (MMA) *no charge for check payments
- One-Time Payment Online (eCheck) *$2.35 convenience fee
- Mail in their check payment (PO Box 2678, San Antonio, TX 78289)
- In-person payments at one of our four walk-in locations (Open Monday - Friday 7:45AM-5:00PM) night deposit box for round -the clock payments
