Overview
Eligible CPS Energy residential customers aged 60 or older, whose name is on the utility bill and meet income criteria, can have late payment charges waived.
How do I qualify?
- Individual 60 years of age or older
- Be the person whose name is on the utility bill (customer of record)
- Income at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Do I have to reapply?
Enrollment period is one year and residents must recertify their eligibility every year.
